  1. Hannah says:

Service was lovely at Meadowhall, extremely busy but always had time to come back a check on us making sure that everything was perfect. Staff honestly couldn't do any more for you, very pleased.

  2. Mr Everton Green says:

The service , at Liverpool Station could have been better. The food was overdone. Staff did not have much idea of alternative non diary milk. I felt ignored and had to raise my voice and wave my arms to get attention. I had to speak slowly and carefully (as the waitresses where having trouble understanding English).
More training is needed. Not sure if I will return.

  3. Rod Allonby says:

Disappointed with the quality of the food generally! This was the first time I have visited your chain of restaurants, and am unsure if I would return. I ordered a bacon and egg muffin and the muffin was too hard to cut with a knife and fork and the egg was overcooked. At the price I expected far better.

  4. Sonya and Donna Higgins says:

Hi, not sure of the ladies name but she was due to be married in the following week. Very friendly and attentive and even made us laugh with general conversation and was genuine which was really nice. The food was lovely and the service from all staff was really good.
Lovely hour inbetween a busy shop for a wedding. Thank you

The music machic was a brilliant touch,

  5. Tanya Reynolds says:

Whilst the food was great at Lakeside our visit today left us very underwhelmed and a little annoyed. Our server Tom W was running around like a headless chicken trying to do pretty much everything whilst two managers (and male and a female) left him to it and walked past us twice whilst we were waiting for our plates to be cleared. We waited near on 20 minutes to have our plates cleared and the two managers managed to ignore us as they were too busy chatting. Poor Tom was rushed off his feet. Thank you to Tom though - the customer service was great from you! Sorry we had no cash to leave you a tip.

  6. Mariel says:

Ash, our server at the Eds Easy Diner Mayfair location, was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience at Eds a positive one. Special mention to Fron also, he is an asset to your team. We will definitely be back next time we're in town.

  7. Janet Jaffray says:

Great place to eat, staff so helpful and friendly, one of our favourite for sure.

  8. Lee Rowland says:

Visited you at cheshire oaks staff where lovely and place was very clean and food was as usual amazing

  9. John Hammond says:

What a find this place was on the A14 services at Cambridge. Stopped for some breakfast and were not disappointed, we chose the stack breakfast.
The meal consisting of two pancakes, two hash browns, crispy bacon, sausage pattie (which was divine), two perfectly cooked eggs and all topped off with maple syrup was delicious. We were glad we did not have the additional pancake as we were well and truly stuffed after eating.
Service was polite and whilst there was a little wait for our food, due to the restaurant being busy, it was well worth while.
We sat near the servery and watched the chefs working their socks off. Each meal was prepared with care and the presentation would have done a 'Masterchef' final proud.
Loved the interior, very retro and very reminiscent of the American and Canadian diners we have visited when in those countries.
Good value, £22 for breakfast for two including an 'everlasting' cup of coffee.
Never visited this chain before but will definitely go again if our experience is as good as this one was.

I visit the eds diner selfridges Birmingham Resturant a lot and got served by a manager called Tanya a couple of times. I study customer services NVQ level 3 and I know when someone has great potential in satisfying our guest and going out their way to deliver a service to someone and more. Tanya is a great assest to your team and should be known about her great work in the Resturant. Hope you can pass this message on to her.

    Kind Regards,

    Ricky.

  11. Jamie and Melanie Winetrobe says:

We visited your Enoch store during a Princess cruise early this June for lunch, and Brian was our server. He was excellent, and deserves a pat on the back. Being neophyte travelers, we did not have local currency to leave a tip, and for this we are still regretful.

Continued success as a business, and best to Brian. Thank you.

    Jamie and Melanie Winetrobe

  12. Sue Bain says:

Went to Ed's in Norich yesterday lunch time, ( we was very lucky as we use to leave in Watford and found Ed's and love it ) but moved to the midlands and have to travel 20 miles each way now.
So up visiting friends and popped into Ed's you forget how much you miss the amazing food.
We sat down got serve straight away , drinks came. And to be fair there was a few in so was prepare to wait for food , wow less than 10 minutes we was eating.
I would like to say to the management that your staff really did impressed me, they were on the tables , check back, no standings around , working as a team , keep up the great work . Well done Ed's Norwich , had a lovely time .great meal we will be back .n

  13. A.Mansfield says:

Good service and atmosphere for an authentic american experience.staff friendly and polite.will come again when we visit our friends in swindon.

  14. Michele Carrington says:

Went with my daughter today and had a lovely 'Ordinary Burger' at the diner inside Debenhams on Market Street, Manchester. The beef was succulent with just enough salad topping and the sweet potato fries were delicious. My daughter especially liked the Pepsi Float. The staff were very nice indeed and extremely efficient, especially Chris.

The only small niggly thing was that I had a Buy One Get One Free burger/hot dog voucher (hard paper copy) that was e-mailed to me and the staff were perplexed by it. Three staff members looked at it and said it might not be valid as they are a franchise, but did honour it in the end which was very nice of them. Maybe this needs sorting out. All-in-all a nice experience which I would recommend and will visit again.

  15. Lynette Clark says:

  18. Dan says:

These guys work really hard, very well done to the chef and the team especially Diego who served me and my girlfriend were really satisfied and we definitely coming back.
    Well done.

  19. trevor brightman says:

Superb food (full English) cooked and presented to perfection by Kelly at Swindon, England.
Fantastically clean premises and excellent staff/customer relationship. My daughter and I on a visit to the town could not have found a better place to enjoy a late A.M. meal. Highly recommended.

  25. David says:

stopped for lunch after a long walk through london. Went to the Mayfair branch which is very tucked away. Ordered Big Bubba Burger, Classic Fries and lovely Mint shake.
Didn't take long for all to arrive. Burger was lovely, great flavour and cooked well. Fries just right, crispy but not overdone. Mint shake....well what can you say, sweet, tasty and a great thirst quencher.
Also found the servers to be attentive and every server there showed interest in me at some point.
    Highly recommend this location.

  26. Robert Gugenheim says:

Your South Mimms Welcome Break branch. While initial visit not so bad found assistants on following to be unprofessional and rather rude. Have names here of Lucy and Marcia and this Lucy girl of your branch needs a lesson or two in customer service! Not good and further complaint of your business could follow.

  30. Robert Green says:

Just wanted to say a big 'well done!' for the staff in Cambridge Services, especially Louise. I'd just said to myself 'these staff are lovely, makes a really nice change', when my partner came back from the shop, and said 'Aren't the staff friendly?' So for 2 of us to make a note, it shows how well they've done. There are too many places these days where staff really don't give a hoot about service, but these do. And the breakfast we had was excellent, well done chef! Never been to an Ed's Diner before but will definitely be coming back when we pass this area again! Top marks!

  31. Mark Needham says:

It was so nice to be served by people who are friendly, helpful and take the time to talk to you. After a long week on the road this certainly set me up for the weekend. Good food, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be calling in again.

  34. T Sparks says:

Great and quick service, even in the middle of peak hour. Made a hangover trip to Cheshire oaks very pleasant with the unique personal feeling from my server; Cory. Would visit again :)

After getting a receipt with a survey invitation or a survey invitation card, you have a chance to take an online survey to give your feedback based on your shopping experience. Here are some useful tips for you to complete a survey and win big prizes.

1. Take care of your store receipt.

Many store surveys require receipt information, so you need to keep it safe after shopping or dining. The details about your purchase are presented on the receipt, such as the date and time of your visit, store number, survey code and so forth. The information is very important if you decide to take this survey. In addition, a coupon or validation code is sometimes offered as a thank-you gift for your feedback at the end of a survey. And you need to write it down on your receipt for the offer on your next visit.

2. Check the survey URL.

Prior to inputting the survey URL printed on your receipt into the required field of a browser or a search engine, please check it carefully as it sometimes may be long and complex. An incorrect survey URL will not bring you to the survey page.

3. Give honest feedback.

Companies roll out surveys to collect you customers’ feedback so that they can provide better products and services. Your candid evaluation will help them do better. Read questions carefully and answer the questions based on your own experience to give useful suggestions.

4. Read sweepstakes terms and rules.

Usually, as an encouragement for you to express opinions, you can be entered into a sweepstakes at the end of a survey. You are highly suggested to read the sweepstakes rules carefully to make sure you are doing the right thing. The rules will show you eligibility requirements, survey expiration date, guidance about how to get a prize and more. In short, many details in the Terms and Rules deserve your attention. One thing to note is that the link to the rules is not in an obvious position and you always can find it in the bottom of the survey page.

5. Provide correct contact information.

Some surveys require you to offer your personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, etc. The contact details will be used to notify you once you have won the sweepstakes prize. Your information will be kept confidentially. If you still have concerns, please read the privacy policy before taking each survey.

6. Keep contacted with stores.

Some surveys will ask you whether you would like to be contacted to receive the latest promotional information and surveys. You are suggested to choose to keep in touch with the merchants because they will send you some useful information on promotions, coupons and new surveys. With these information, you can save more and get more chances to win big prizes.
