    I did your survey but there was no place to make comments which was disappointing. I was enrolled in a ConnectiCare policy in 2017. In 2018 my premium went up 36% and no reason was given. It was the same policy 2017 (but with higher copays) $2114.03...2018: $2873.83.
    When I called ConnectiCare to ask why, they said that I was enrolled through Access Health CT in a 'government plan' and that it was they who set the prices. (I was surprised-I would NEVER sign up for a government plan knowingly ! When I called Access Health CT to ask why-they said it was ConnectiCare that controls the prices. The prices are ridiculous -the bureaucracy is even worse !

    Where/how do I log in to do the survey?? This site leaves a lot, no, nothing to be desired. Too confusing, can't find the most obvious items, like login, and is a waste of time. The company requesting my response will not get one.

    Now I can't post because I didn't enter my email but it's not marked as a required field. ???? Need to fire your developer.

    Screw this crap - I received a letter from CalPERS asking me to take a Health Plan Members Survey and I can't find the @#$% Survey questions. The letter said if i didn't take the Online / Cyber Survey then you would have to send a Hard-Copy

    This whole cyber-S _ _ T survey is impossible to decipher - Since you've made it so difficult to find or take the Survey - Go ahead and spend the extra $$$.$$ and send it by Snail Mail!!!

    Received a legitimate-looking letter in the mail asking me to take a survey and giving a "username" and password. Went to the website and only got lost in a maze of "options" and choices. Gave up. Who thinks up these maelstroms?

    Imagine my surprise when going to the online survey and instead of a respectable medical survey, I am taken to a page called the Shopper's Voice and the main shopper of the household is requested to fill out the survey. How does this correspond to the Inhealth insurance survey? I have done one of these Shopper's Voice things in the past, will not do another one. No thanks.

    In an attempt to complete this survey, I was inundated with questions about my consumerism outside the realm of my being a subscriber to United Healthcare. I did not find a way to circumvent these questions and to get access the actual HEALTH CARE issues; therefore I choose not to participate in this survey. It appears to be a sweepstakes gimmick! Get real.

    I have read many dissatisfied responses about your surveys. I can certainly agree with those comments. Confusing website, slow/no access to the survey itself; this is the worst survey format that I have ever encountered. The survey may be fine, but I will never know. Who formats your survey access? You need help!

    I received a letter from CalPers, stating Congratulations, you were chosen to take a survey.
    As a good citizen I went to your site and ended up at the same screen with a non-operating message! Now, I do not consider this a pleasure, in the future if you choose me, at lease have a functioning webb site. My medical is fine, your Webb site is NOT!

    There were a few questions that did not pertain to me such as lowering or quitting alcohol use. But I had to answer something. I have never used alcohol. Maybe had 4 drinks in my live. Tried to leave the question blank but couldn't.

HOWEVER, it is not at all user friendly from the perspective of the many marginally internet talented CalPERS members being asked to participate in a survey via your company. I can't find anything mentioning CalPERS, so how am I to participate?
    How much is CalPERS paying your company for this process?

    the people contacting us make it seem that we are mandated to do this survey. They call constantly and do not take no interest as a answer. The health insurance companies are charging too much money for the average working person/family to be able to afford the rates for insurance coverage. these companies need to realize not everyone can afford the basic rates they charge for their plan. There has to some sort of redesign of the plan to be affordable for the average working person

    as well as receive a gift card. One big drawback...survey closed YESTERDAY ! Who do I blame?
