    I shopped on 02/22/2014 and received $20.00 in Dots dollars, plus I had filled my reward card. When I returned on 03/09/2014 I was informed that you were going out of business and bought out by a liguidation company and I could not use any of my discounts. Now I can't even return any of the merchandise I purchased on 02/22/2014. Terrible customer service.

    I love shopping @Dots. When they closed the store in my area I just had to find another one close to shop at. However the store in Southgate on Libby RD has the RUDEST most unpleasant employees on this planet and need to take a class in customer service skills ASAP. If you want to be greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel welcomed then may I suggest shopping at the one in Ridgepark square in Parma.it is a little drive from where I live but the service is so worth it
