    I resently visited your crown caveries at Castleford, I have always enjoyed my meals there, but I went on Sunday 3rd April, I was so disappointed, I think there must have been a new starter, he carved my turkey which was bitty, then he must have decided to give me a child's portion, I'm not greedy but my grandson who was with me at the time got the same size portion and he's only 5, when I asked for a little more he looked at me in disgust, why wasn't he been supervised, normally the food is excellent, and service, so unfortunately I won't be visiting again,

    just been for my birthday lunch matt who served us was great the mal was very good except for the beef which was very tough on complaining to manager who was sympathetic I was give a free desert which was appreciated although this year I never got my birthday meal voucher tony

    After recently visiting The Manor at Crewe I was appalled that the restaurant had been given a facelift but had not put glass screens in front of the hot food which I personally think is essential.

    I would also like to say that I ordered 2 fish and chips and a bottle of house wine and was overcharged by £3.00 this I unfortunately only discovered when doing my accounts. I feel that the member of staff made a mistake and I feel that this should be refunded to me.

    I would like to mention that Ian who carves the meat is an asset to your establishment and should be rewarded for his customer service.

    we often go to the pretty pigs ammington usually on a Thursday ,tonight we called in and we were met by a lovely waitress,her name was Debbie ,they were extremely busy but nothing was to much trouble ,what was nice the manager rolled his sleeves up to help out. the meal was lovely too .10/10

    we went to The Royal George, Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham Sussex.
    We were served by Sue who was extremely helpful, made sure that we did not have ice in our drinks our pet hate. the food was well cooked.
