    Very poor experience with Manager Kaitlynn Yocum, where exchange the purchased a rain boot to a different size boots STILL in the store was a pain-she need to see the receipt before the exchange and worst of all bad attitude.

    I really like the croc brand and enjoy when you have size 5's in stock. I purchased the Patricia Women Brn/W W6 Brown/Walnut sandals on Saturday, 8/8/15. The cost on the sale tag was $39.99. I didn't notice the charge on the receipt until I got home was $41.99. This did not include any tax as it was a "no tax" weekend in St. Louis. Although this particular store (no. 00332) charged me $2.00 extra - I just have to wonder how many other people this store does that to and then, perhaps, pockets that extra money for themselves.

    I was not in a Crocs store. So I could not fill out the survey as it was presented.

    I had to process a return and found it necessary to contact crocs.com by phone. The CS rep, Jody, was extremely polite and helpful as we waded through what turned out to be a browser problem, and NOT a crocs.com problem.

    Kudos to him for his relaxed competence.

    Tried to do survey and it would not let me submit. Said invalid comment... Did not make a comment. Tried it 3 times. Very disappointed. I wanted discount for next visit especially since I spent over $200 at last visit.

    This young man helped me get the ORANGE crocs for my 8 year old grandson and went above and beyond the call of duty! He responded with such courtesy and thoughtfulness and I would say it was a pleasure shopping at Crocs because of him. I thought all was lost when he placed an order for the correct size shoe and was told they had it at another store (the one on 290), but they did not do their part and neglected to send it to the Katy Mills Store - 2 days in a row. So, Dalton told me he would personally go there and get the right size - AND HE DID. What a gentleman!

    I spoke to Doriel about getting a credit to my account because the items I purchased our cheaper now and I wanted a credit and he did not help me he said he would give me 50% off my next purchase.     I received terrible service at the Crocs store in West Edmonton Mall on 11/26/2014.
    It was 7;57pm when I paid for my purchase. Two young ladies were in the store and carried on a personal conversation the entire time I was there. Other than telling me that the second pair was 50% off I was not offered any assistance. The personal conversation continued while the clerk rang in my purchase. Unbelievable......felt like I was interrupting. Wont't shop here again. I would suggest that management have a mature associate in the store at all times. Perhaps some video cameras are required to monitor what is going on. These young ladies would loose their jobs if they worked for me.

    My boyfriend was buying red wing dress shoes for work at 140.00 a pair I bought him a pair of mens slip on dress shoes and OMG he said his feet were sooo happy! I could be a spokes person

    Had a problem with a pair of golf shoes unable to get golf corse to fix the problem.
    Called and spoke to Leslie and in a mater of minutes she was able to fix the problem and get me a new pair of golf shoes sent out to me right away.
