    Allstate is guilty of charging undisclosed additional premiums each month which were never divulged by my agent prior to signing my contract. They added a surcharge in July, 2017 totaling $295.55 and in August a Surcharge of $317.70 was added.

    Allstate home office says that's a fee relating to a non-injury accident I had in another state the previous year with another insurance was their they reason for the added costs. I checked with the previous insurance carrier and they confirmed I had no outstanding balance. Allstate assured me that the fees would continue for 36 months. At the most current billing rate, the 36
    month overcharge would be at least $11,400.00.

    The service is fine but I have not made any claims on which to rate the service. My major comment/complaint is the coverage has not changed, no claims have been made, but the costs have gone up every year until they are almost more than I can afford on a fixed income. My question is: why do the prices go up when the service/coverage stays the same? If you are going to raise the cost, you should increase the service.

    The survey was closed. All State
    has been on it for me. When there was a fire in my apartment building. They reimbursed me for the lose within a few days. I like the prices of the insurance. Switching to All State saved me about 100.00 a month on auto insurance. MY agent Thomas Gordy has been very helpful with all my concerns.

    You notified me that I did not complete the survey. I was unable to enter using my computer.
    I went into http:wwwcmiresearch.com and they informed that the site was closed.

    I am very pleased with the service from John McLaughlin and his associates here in Philadelphia.
