    Took a while to take out the food was excellent but my wife's was very salty don't salt the food leave that to each individual we use to go to Chili's every Thursday but you menu changed so much prices are way to high you need to reconsider the cost if you are a better price more will come and come more often..Thanks GW

    This is BS! I just wanted to give a survey about the good service we received tonight, instead I have to get ads about a bunch of other crap till I'm blue in the face. By the way Chili's breading mix is way too salty and that's why we haven't been back for 10 years, same ol' crap. You could have a less salty option but that would be to difficult for you, as you have to depend on outside companies to complete your surveys! Bye, I'll never be back!

    We always eat at the Chili's in the Town Center Mall in Charleston, WV, and we usually sit in the bar area. We have always been so happy with the service Kelly gives us, she is always friendly and professional. The service has always been good and we have always been pleased with the meal we get. I would definitely recommend this Chili's.

    We went to chilis for the very first time in San Leandro,Ca. and the service was awful. We were told we couldn't be seated in the dinning area for nearly 30 minutes yet there was no large party expected and there were many empty tables. So we opted for the bar area and when seated were sat there until my spouse had to leave the table to ask for service for water and drinks. We then had to make for over 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order. I have to say when the food finally arrived ,the portions were ample yet the service was slow and the food was cold. I don't know if this is standard protocol but, it is very unfavorable . I will not be going to your place but, will not tell friends to visit maybe, for the bar because the bartender was on top of his job. We visited 11/29/16 for lunch and the service, wait time was HORRIBLE. Reading reviews from other seems to be the same. I would rather go to Burger King than come to you.

    We went to the Chili's in Colorado Springs on Academy Blvd. We have always been a fan of Chili's. however, we will never return to this location. We were seated promptly but had to wait to place our order for over 10 mins, while the waitress chatted with another customer. We waited over 20 mins when the waitress came over and said they were out of the soup I had ordered. She never came back to refill our drinks. The 3 employees that were there were more interested in the football game than their customers. Available tables need to be cleaned.One waiters wife was at a table, he kept going by eating off her plate and never once washed his hands. The other waiter appeared to be on drugs. We watched as two different patrons had to ask for the credit cards to be returned to them. Hope the right people see this and do something about this restaurant

    Our dinner at chili's tonight was not good.
    Our fries were cold and brown
    Appetizers were very salty..our server said that was the way they come? I said that with thus much salt on this food could cause some serious health issues...no response from
    our server.
    You could actually feel the grains of sprinkled salt..she said "oh that's the garlic n salt!
    Zooms not working on three tables, error code showing out of paper..not out of paper.
    Server not able to give any positive answers.
    Salad was wilted then put into a small contained to go..since it seemed already old..we decided in our best interest to leave it.
    So this was our experience at Chili's and we wasted our money..but we will not return.

    I HAVE BEEN GOING TO YOUR HORSEHEADS STORE for a long time ...usual two or three times a week....the staff there does a fantastic job ,that's one of the reasons I go there....I always sit at the bar & enjoy watching sports..........the reason im sending this e-mail is because for the last year if not longer there is one T.V. that doesn't work ...it is always frozen....whats the chances that it might be replaced SOON!?

    Food and interior service was good ONCE we could get inside. Was taking a wheel chair bound person to lunch, and it was such a struggle to get inside the building. Two double doors, no "attentive staff member" to even notice us trying to open, hold the doors, and get through. Of course the "greeter" was quick to get us to a seat. Didn't seem to care about accessibility, which occurred again upon departure. Same song, second verse. Won't be back to this location.

    The Tea was nasty and the Food was not so good . We were visiting Family in the Nursing Home on Saturday and Then the food had us with Diarrhea and an upset stomach.

    when we walked in all available tables needed bused watched the manager walk past several tables and do nothing the hostess was clearing tables. the ice tea tasted old needed to be replaced the food was not very good the onion rings on my burger were old and should have never been put on. about the only good food was my wifes ribs. also need to not wrap drinking straws with napkin and untinsels. me and two other people got up and got straws at the bar.couldnt see the straws in napkin.

    the hostess did not put our name on the waiting list . so when I went to ask the hostess again but it was a male he said my name was not on the list. he ask the hostess that was there at the time and she said no. so he said I had to wait 25mintues again . I said why if I had already been waiting . he was very very rude . he said what was my point . and he put my name down and was sitting other customers befor us.
