    On 6/28/21015 I ordered two spaghetti dinners from the resturant on Ritchie Highway in Maryland it was a take out order under my name. I have been to that resturant many times and usually satisfied w/food. This time however the food was absolutely terrible. Very dry very little if any meat sauce and no taste. I could not enjoy the meal and had to add sauce from my closet. I was very disappointed in carrabbas it was not up to your usual standards. The person fixing the order had to notice the problem and did not fix it. If they didn't notice then I have to assume they didn't care. Thank you for listening,

    My grandson and I dined at Carrabba's in Collierville, TN mall on Saturday evening, November 8. Our food was fairly good but our service was atrocious. The server's name was Daniel. I ordered
    take-out for my husband (Spiedino Di Mare). We were never given a receipt. After we arrived home and my husband had finished his dinner, I asked if it was good. He replied that it was pretty good but not what they had advertised. He said that there were a few scallops but not any shrimp. He said that had he known it was what it was, he wouldn't have ordered it. Our meal wasn't free. We paid a rather expensive price for it. What we had and what my husband had at home was nowhere near what we anticipated. I've had a few business lunches at your establishment on Poplar Avenue in Memphis. My experiences were never wonderful but they weren't terrible as they were tonight. This was supposed to be a special night for my grandson and I but it didn't turn out that way. I certainly hope no one ever has a comparable experience and at the price we paid!
