    Good friends at Boots Opticians,

Just wanted say thank you to Emma, at Boots Opticians in Yeovil for such excellent service today. It is always a good sign when staff give quality time and a listening ear to customers. I've always dealt with this optician for the past 10 years or so.

Happy to fill in the survey but do not desire to download more programmes.

Take care and thanks for having good customer service...

What i don’t understood is actually how you’re not really much more well-liked than you might be right now. You’re so intelligent. You realize thus sinigficantly relating to this subject, produced me personally consider it from so many varied angles. Its like men and women aren’t fascinated unless it is one thing to do with Lady gaga! Your own stuffs excellent. Always maintain it up!

  12. Jean Collins says:

Appointment 18th April 2016 at Boots, High St., Exeter with Rachel McKie for hearing test and hearing aid check. I was most impressed by the service and attention I received from Rachel. Visited store at fort retail park Birmingham for a full hearing test the audiologist Khiyam was very polite in explaining my hearing problem, Also the range of products to suit my budgit

  14. Anthony Pettit says:

I used your Eastbourne Store in the Arndale Centre for a free hearing test. Following that I purchased a hearing aid, with the assistance of your Jane Dear, who was charming, efficient and very helpful. Following on with the delivery of the hearing aid, I had a follow up visit...equally excellent. My survey entry code is 0522442320 but I have found trying to enter the so called survey utterly terrible with so many clone sites, latching onto the official Boots Site!!!!
Tried under bootseyecare.com....what a waste of time. Just be as good at your job as Jane Dear.
    Tiny Pettit or
    Mr Hacked Off

  15. Anthony Pettit says:

How the hell can I complete the survey of my actual experience of my hearing aid experience with your store? I do not want catalogues and all the bullshit.....why on earth ask us to tell what happened then make it almost impossible??????

  16. Jackie Parry says:

What a useless survey and competition couldn't even get the system to accept the survey entry code I was given after my hearing test. Very disappointed.

As always, to-day I was extremely satisfied with the care I received from Barry Jones, Norwich.
He managed to rectify the difficulties I experienced as result of my previous visit to a different Boots consultant as well as carefully explaining my recent test results and subsequent hearing deterioration with the utmost empathy and understanding. I was made to feel my hearing mattered rather than being treated in patronizing and arrogant manner with little explanation as to what was happening to my hearing.
I am a long term hearing aid wearer and I am very grateful to Barry Jones

Went to Greenford, Westray Retail Park for a hearing check-up. The service was excellent, professional and very friendly. I was surprised at the abundance of information and didn't realise that there were so many types of hearing aid. This is my first hearing aid but I was still amazed at the versatility of the hearing aid I chose.

I was invited to Boots in Gosport for a free hearing test a few weeks ago. Unfortunately my left ear was badly blocked with wax. Nick Rose advised me how to get rid of the wax and made me another appointment for today. He carried out the test in a friendly and professional manner and put me at my ease at all times during the test. On completion of the test he discussed the results with me and advised that I would not need to see him again for another two years. I was very pleased with the result and did not feel pressurised in any way.

After getting a receipt with a survey invitation or a survey invitation card, you have a chance to take an online survey to give your feedback based on your shopping experience. Here are some useful tips for you to complete a survey and win big prizes.

1. Take care of your store receipt.

Many store surveys require receipt information, so you need to keep it safe after shopping or dining. The details about your purchase are presented on the receipt, such as the date and time of your visit, store number, survey code and so forth. The information is very important if you decide to take this survey. In addition, a coupon or validation code is sometimes offered as a thank-you gift for your feedback at the end of a survey. And you need to write it down on your receipt for the offer on your next visit.

2. Check the survey URL.

Prior to inputting the survey URL printed on your receipt into the required field of a browser or a search engine, please check it carefully as it sometimes may be long and complex. An incorrect survey URL will not bring you to the survey page.

3. Give honest feedback.

Companies roll out surveys to collect you customers’ feedback so that they can provide better products and services. Your candid evaluation will help them do better. Read questions carefully and answer the questions based on your own experience to give useful suggestions.

4. Read sweepstakes terms and rules.

Usually, as an encouragement for you to express opinions, you can be entered into a sweepstakes at the end of a survey. You are highly suggested to read the sweepstakes rules carefully to make sure you are doing the right thing. The rules will show you eligibility requirements, survey expiration date, guidance about how to get a prize and more. In short, many details in the Terms and Rules deserve your attention. One thing to note is that the link to the rules is not in an obvious position and you always can find it in the bottom of the survey page.

5. Provide correct contact information.

Some surveys require you to offer your personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, etc. The contact details will be used to notify you once you have won the sweepstakes prize. Your information will be kept confidentially. If you still have concerns, please read the privacy policy before taking each survey.

6. Keep contacted with stores.

Some surveys will ask you whether you would like to be contacted to receive the latest promotional information and surveys. You are suggested to choose to keep in touch with the merchants because they will send you some useful information on promotions, coupons and new surveys. With these information, you can save more and get more chances to win big prizes.
