    Same comments as for Mr Shaw. This is a farce. The product is fine but this feedback is very irritating and annoying and enough to put the likes of me bothering to shop at Blacks again. Poor show.

    Just tried to complete your customer feedback as advised following a purchase from your store today. First of all I get a message to tell me that the survey is closed and then one to tell me that you do not recognise the "location code" as stated on the receipt anyway. Once again I have just wasted my time in order for you to get my details, what a rip off
