I go to Starbucks almost daily. Today I ordered a small hot Latte, a lge. iced Latte, a chocolate croissant & I tried the Chicken wrap. As usual the drinks & croissant were great. The chicken filling was delicious but the wrap was wet & soggy. Perhaps it should be wrapped in a paper or napkin? Until the problem is corrected, I will not be ordering anymore wraps.
Amazing coffee!!!

Why does the Starbuck's at terminal 3 in Las Vegas close at 7 pm??? wtf... STUPID!!!!!
To Whom It May Concern:
I have been a regular Starbucks customer for many years. I visit a Starbucks store at least four times a week. I also buy the Starbucks beans to use at home. At Christmas, our church serves a dinner at the local Homeless Shelter. My husband and I supply the coffee and we always get it from Starbucks. However, recently two issues regarding the Starbucks 'rewards program' came to light that have me feeling very disappointed.
1. The expiration date for the free beverages that I 'earn' through my purchases (with my stars):
On more than one occasion, I have gone in to get my 'free' drink, only to find out that it has expired. I think a longer expiration date or no expiration date is reasonable. Yes, it is a Starbucks rewards program and Starbucks can set the rules, but I 'earned' those free drinks with my purchases and do not feel that there should be such a short time limit to use them. I was on vacation the entire month of July and the closest Starbucks was over 20 miles away! What was I supposed to do? I believe that customers should have at least 3 months to use the free drink. (Or as I said before, the free drinks should not expire at all!)
2. I was extremely shocked and disappointed to learn on your website under FAQ that no matter how few or how many drinks I purchase in one single transaction, I simply earn ONE STAR! I wonder how many of your regular customers (and baristas for that matter!) know that!? That means if I buy a drink for myself and a friend, I get ONE STAR. And if I go in and get a $1.95 Americano for myself, I get ONE STAR. One at least two occasions, I have gone into my neighborhood Starbucks and ordered eight or nine drinks to take to caregivers at a local skilled nursing facility where I volunteer with hospice patients. Each transaction cost me over $40 and for each of those transactions, I received ONE STAR! WOW! Now, I suppose I could be 'sneaky' and order each drink individually to be rung up as separate transactions so I could accumulate eight or nine stars, but that would make more work for the barista and would hold up the people in line. So here I am trying to do something nice for others, patronizing my neighborhood Starbucks, spending a considerable amount of money in one well swoop, and I am rewarded with ONE STAR!? Really? Well, maybe from now on I will have my multiple drinks rung up as separate transactions... Is that what you want your regular loyal customers to do? Work the system? How about truly rewarding us for our purchases? So I can spend over $40 on eight drinks and receive ONE STAR toward a free drink, or I can buy an Americano for $1.95 and receive ONE STAR toward a free drink. ... a free drink that retails for $5.00 and probably costs Starbucks less than $2.00 to make. I think I will have to spread the word about this 'rule' to my fellow customers. I am sure that they don't know. I didn't... I assumed I was receiving a star for every drink I purchased.
Oh, and last Saturday...August 31, I believe I received an email stating that after 2:00 pm I would receive double stars for my purchases. Well, I went to a Starbucks in Concord, CA and bought two drinks and received one star. Of course, I didn't know that until a few days later when I checked online. I don't have a receipt, so I don't know what I can do about this.
I did send a similar email to this post to Starbucks and received a 'Sorry you feel this way. You can go to our website and leave a post and managers do look at them.' I don't know if this is the right place or not, but it would be nice to get a more personable response with real answers to my questions and responses to my suggestions.
I look forward to a response from SOMEONE who actually reads my post/email!
Sincerely,
Karen Douglas

Starbucks is awesome and i love their Java Chip Frapps!! =)
I am in Starbucks almost every day. I will admit sometimes even twice a day. No matter which location I go to I can always count on my Grande Soy White Chocolate Mocha to taste the same! Now that is good efficient service.
Hayduke Family:
I love starbucks I always get the caramel frapp. yummy
Responding to an ad in a local Safeway insert, I went to have my first frapp. The server patiently explained all the choices, and I ordered a light mocha frapp with whipped cream. It was a new and delicious experience -- I'll be going back, now knowing how to play the frapp game.
