    If your in the Calgary area the Shawnessy store is awesome. The staff are very helpful, and as usual Bestbuy has great prices! Geek Squad at that location is very helpful, and you get results quickly. When in the store ask for Vicky! She is amazing and her staff are the best! Don't take my word for it go in and see for yourself! You will be very happy!

    I went to Best Buy to purchase a lifeproof case for my newly purchased iPhone. I told the salesman what I was looking for.. He casually pointed to the display shelves and pointed to 2
    specific rows.. I purchased one that was for 5/5s, to which I thought included a 5c. Thinking it meant 5-5s. I drove home and tried to install the case.. I knew within 30 sec there was something wrong and stopped trying to install the phone. I phoned the Rogers store where I got the phone and they informed me that my iPhone 5c is a different size. I went back to Best Buy to exchange the case. The new case installed perfectly. My time is valuable and I resent the poor service at Best Buy. An informed salesperson at Best Buy could have saved me 2 hours of lost time. I like the lifeproof case and went to Best Buy as the Rogers Wireless store doesn't sell those cases. This reinforces why Best Buy is my last store to go to
