  1. The voucher entitles the holder to a free bottle of wine when any two main meals are purchased. The two main meals must be purchased at the same time from the restaurant main menu. Daytime value and Evening Value meals are not included.
  2. You can redeem the voucher during the pub restaurant trading hours, all day every day until and including the validity date printed on it, which is six weeks from survey completion, and must be printed and presented at the time of ordering the two main meals.
  3. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used with any other offer, promotion or voucher including the Whitbread Privilege Card.
  4. The voucher may only be used in a Beefeater Grill restaurant and only original, undamaged and valid vouchers will be accepted.
  5. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.

Beefeater Grill (formerly Beefeater) is a chain of pub restaurants in the United Kingdom, owned by Whitbread. There are over 130 Beefeater Grill restaurants in the UK.     family and friends visited the Mosely park beefeater Friday night, it was really busy and we didn't book we asked for a table of 7 we got told we can have the table but had to wait around 10 minutes to get a table cleaned and re-laid we went into the bar area and in around 6 mins after a girl came and took us to a table great food great atmosphere great service the tomahawk steak was recommended for my partner and his friend and they really enjoyed the steak and cant wait to come back to have it again. food and drinks was really good price and staff was friendly and helpful the bar staff luke served us our first round of drinks at the bar and leah and Kelly looked after our table all night will defiantly be coming back again

    Visited The Thomas Wyatt beefeater on Monday 14th March. My sister ordered the salmon as she is a vegetarian who eats fish. After 5 mins. the waitress came to say there was no salmon, while we know it is a beefeater surely you must cater for all. There was a selection of 2 vegetarian meals with another choice of battered cod and chips. My sister had no choice but to order the cod , she did not like the vegetarian dishes. Would it be possible for the restaurant could cater for people like my sister and have a further choice of fish, i.e. sae bass or steamed cod. If not for managers to ensure they order enough to never be without. Salmon cooks well from frozen so no excuse to run out. I must say the waitress and manager were very apologetic and gaves the meal for free, this does not help someone looking forward to a certain meal.

    I booked for 6 people at the Harbour Lights Cosham Portsmouth on Saturday 30.1.16 for a 1915 table. We arrived at 1845 and bought drinks at the Bar.We were shown to our table at 1905.Our order was taken at 1915.The food arrived at 2008. The Waitress apologised 3 times for the delay. We did not order a desert just in case we had to wait up to another hour. Looking round I noticed only 3 tables had food, all the others were waiting like us. I could hear people from the adjacent table also complaining about the long wait. In July and September 2015 on a Wednesday our group of 12 booked lunch for 1230 .On both occasions we could not leave until 1530 due to the very slow service. I look forward to your reply Regards.

    We have used Beefeater often and had very good food and service at all times , but we were a bit disappointed last night as our food was not as hot as it should have been . we asked for the chips to be changed, which there were straight away for hot fresh ones . So again back to good service :)

    my granddaughter booked a table at the orchard in ruislip for 730pm.walked in the bar section to order drinks and was walking through crisps and sandwiches and other rubbish on the floor,and the surrounding tables where we were going to sit were not suitable for purpose.Short of staff springs to mind.The starters of a sharing platter were good and the wine satisfactory but two of us had a ribeye steak which was lukewarm and the mushroom and the half of tomato were likewise. I cannot understand why the combination of vegetables and meat cannot all be married up and served as a HOT meal.My granddaughter was paying so I did not make a fuss.It would take a lot of persuasion to re-enter your restaurant again!

    Excellent sirloin steak and chips were delicious and hot.
    The starters were both lovely.
    We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and housewine.
    Fran gave us all you could ask for, very pleasant, could not be more accommodating, really good.
    We had amost enjoyable evening at the Twelve Bells.

    I booked a table for 4 people on 7/03/2015 at the Malta Inn Allington Lock for 7:30 pm. Arrived on time, ordered 4 main meals from the menu and some drinks and then waited for 50 minutes to be serviced luke warm soggy food. At no time were we giving an explanation as to why such a delay or even an offer of an apology. We had to ask for a complimentary drink. I have been a Regular Beefeater grill reward card user and have never been treated in such a disgusting way before and I am really disappointed as we have alway enjoyed our previous visits. I hope this doesn't continue as we will not be using the Malta Inn in the near future.

    had a spur of the moment decision to eat out, at The Station Horsham.
    The food was done to perfection,the only thing I would change would be the dressing on the salad.
    staff were helpful and looked after us wonderfully including the trainee

    I booked a table for 8 people yesterday (24th Jan) and must lodge a complaint about the very slow service. It took 25 minutes for our waitress to introduce herself to us and that was only after my husband had gone out to mention this to another waitress (Donna). Having got in there at 7 p.m. the main meal didn't arrive until 8.45p.m. The quality of the food was not up to your usual standard as some of it was not too hot or tasty. We were reluctant to send it back as it was getting rather late and one of the party had a long journey back. No criticism is directed at our server, Daria, who was helpful and cheerful although under pressure because you were understaffed and she had to handle far more than should have been asked of her. We also had to wait 3 minutes at the reception desk when we arrived for someone to appear and, although apologies were forthcoming, this was not good enough and didn't give a good impression.     I am totally disgusted with your 'customer relations'. They are non existant.
    I visit The Royal Foresters at Ascot on quite a regular basis. I belong to the reward club.
    I always fill out the customer feedback survey without problem.
    On my last occasion I failed to receive the email with voucher. I telephoned several times
    and was told another would be sent. I didn't receive one so I phoned
    again only to be told there was nothing they could do.
    Surely there is some backup in place to perhaps send out a voucher, even as a goodwill
    gesture. The attitude and impression I got from your staff was more or less 'We can't help
    you so tough luck '.
    Not what I would call 'customer relations'.
    Sadly another venue will have to be sought.

    Visited the Beefeater in Evesham with some work colleagues and we were all of the same opinion. The portions were very small and the prices extortionate. £2.49 for a portion of chunky chips where there were about 12 in the pot. The girls who served us were very polite but we would not visit again unless they changed.

    We decided, at short notice, without prior booking, to have a meal with friends at the Belgrave Beefeater in Torquay. A lot of tables were pre-booked but we were accommodated in the Bar of the restaurant/hotel. The service was polite, efficient and fairly prompt - considering how busy the place was. The quality of food was very good. We are regulars, and do recommend Beefeaters in both Torquay and Newton Abbot Racecourse to our friends, with the proviso of table pre-booking.

    Disappointed that on my visit to the Starting Gate, Hereford with my wife and two guests. Hot food served on cold plates, coleslaw served having asked that it not be, chicken asked for with the risotto this was also not served and garlic bread served to someone who is wheat intolerant, having asked that be not served. Not up to your usual standard. Staff however good.
