    Went to applebees in saginaw texas last night a proxy. 7:30 pm and got seated and had no server respond to us for 15 minutes so finally got up and went to another restaurant!! This restaurant is close to home for us and have been going there for about 2yrs now and it keeps getting worse and last night was it for us and your staffing and management are very poor there and don't acknowledge customers very well at all and in this smaller town that is not good at all it will get around quick!!@ my rating for this establishment is about a 2 on a scale from one to ten right now sincerely Joseph D Green

    I was there today and they were playing hard rock music. OMG!! Why? One song sounds like he's was dying. They need to play normal music. Not hard rock!! We are there to enjoy our meal. Something needs to be done!! Every thing there is good there, just the music! I don't need a reply. Just do something!! I am not being mean about it, just being honest. They weren't that busy today as usual. Thank you!

    We were at the one at Frankford and Marsh they play there music too loud and play rock music. We are there to relax and enjoy our meal. How is that relaxing? It's not!! I don't need a reply they just need play soft rock music or something not rock music.

    me and my girl-friend just went to applebees a few hrs ago and we werent very happy with the waitress. we had to wait for 20 mins to get us our salads and i had ordered a pepsi never got it. plus we were totally ignored to the point we were going to walk out.

    I have eaten at Applebee's many times, but I never experienced the most , polite, jovial and personable waitress before. 7/17/16 Erica TB#30-C2 Applebee's 1785 Walden Ave Cheektowaga, NY 14225 716-897-2605 my ck # 7560-936780. My entire party was pleased with our service and felt very welcome and satisfied. Food was superb, hot and no wait.     We went to the Altoona, IA restaurant today. The service was great and the food was great, however, there was a male server that had so much make up on, he looked like he belong in a freak show, not waiting on customers on a Sunday at lunchtime. Let me describe his appearance, he had lots of sparkles all over his face, hot pink eye shadow, black eyeliner that was half way to his ears and so much mascra he looked it was going out to a club! If this would have been a woman, they would have been sent home for inappropriate dress! You could tell it made most of your customers uncomfortable! If he would have been my server, I would have left for 2 reasons. I don't want to be waited on by a clown and because I would have been afraided of those sparkles following in my food.

    I went in today for the first time at Applebee's on 501 in Conway SC with a friend. The waitress was very nice at first, but then my friend and I felt she was rushing us. My friend wanted another sweet tea and she brought it in a "to go cup", I myself wanted another diet drink, and again she brought it to me in a "to go cup". My friend and I both felt that the waitress was rushing us to leave. She even cleared the table awful fast, like others were waiting for the table. It was not crowed in there, it was about 12-1 o'clock in the afternoon. I don't know if her shift was almost over and she wanted her tip before she left, but we both felt rushed. I was going to give a 5 dollar tip, because my order came to about 40.00 but the way I felt I was being rushed I felt she didn't deserve it but I know waitresses live on their tips so I did leave her 2.00. The food was very good, and the waitress was nice till the bill was paid and that too I felt we were being rushed to pay, maybe she felt we were going to walk out without paying, which we would never do.     I, MY HUSBAND AND MOTHER-IN-LAW VISITED THE APPLEBEES AT 3181 MAPLEAV. ZANESVILLE, OHIO 43701 ON JAN. 5TH 2016. WE WERE THERE AT 04;42 PM. THERE TO CELEBRATE MY MOTHER IN LAWS 86TH BIRTHDAY. OUR EXPERIENCE THERE WAS TERRIBLE. THE WAITER GOT OUR ORDER ALL WRONG. SHE LOVES THE HALF RACK OF RIBS WHEN OUR ORDER CAME ITS WAS RIBLETS. TOLD WAITER. SAID WAS SORRY SO WE HAD TO ASK FOR OUR COLESLAW HE SAID IT NEVER CAME WITH THE ORDER BUT I WILL GET YOU COLE SLAW CAME BACK WITH 2 LITTLE PAPER CUPS OF IT TASTELESS NO DRESSING ON IT MOSTLY CABBAGE AND CARROTS. PUT IN FOR CORRECT ORDER, IN THE MEAN TIME WE HAD TO EAT OUR BAKED POTATOES TERRIBLE SERVICE WHEN TE RIBS FINALLY CAME WE HAD TO EAT THEM BY THEMSELVES THEY WERE NO GOOD EITHER. WE ORDERED 2 EXTRA APPETIZERS WON TON TACOES AND CHICKEN QUESIDOS. ANY WAY IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. IT WAS SO SAD BECAUSE IT WAS HER BIRTHDAY. JUST HAD TO EXPRESS MY OPINON TO YOU. She was cheerful, effiicient and she explained all menu choices with accuracy. I informed her that I thought she did an excellent job. She, and a manager attempted to respond to my compliment using the card reader at our table but it malunctioned. I attempted to leave a simple message on line to inform you of her quality service but I found it frustrating that I would need to complete a survey to do this.
    I am saddened that I am inconvenienced in this manner when I simply wish to compliment one of your staff.

    I recently visited the Applebees in staunton va. The server,Tocarra was absolutely the sweetest,most attentive server I have had in years. This young lady actually cares. I recently relocated to Staunton from out of state,and was missing my family greatly.I.asked Tacorra who the young man was that was talking to another customer. She told me he was her manager Joey.
    This young man so reminded me of my own son,that I teared up. Tocarra,thinking that she may have upset me told her manager Joey that I was upset. Bless his heart, he took the time to come to our table,Sat with me,talked with me,and made me feel most welcome. I so appreciate these two fine young people. Feeling welcome means a lot to an old lady like me.Joey,and Tocarra May God richly bless each of you,for making me feel special and reminding me that no matter where you may be,kindness and caring about another makes any day brighter.     Ordered two cheeseburgers---------served without lettuce, pickles,tomatoes, or sauce-waitress said I'm so sorry.
    Ordered two ice teas----------------served two sweet teas-waitress said I'm so sorry.
    Had to tell another waitress that we needed our bill--original waitress brought the bill and we gave her our card and she said I'm so sorry.
    After approximately 15 minutes we walked to the bar and paid the bill--she said I'm so sorry again .

    We visited Applebee's on Veteran's Day during the evening hours so it was extremely busy. We were told it'd be about a 45 minute wait but we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server was very attentive and answered our questions about the choices available to us. It was a very enjoyable meal.

    visited Applebees in Wytheville, Va. great meal, 6.99 burger and Classic and Sig Combo for me...waitress nice and attentive, Kayla. She asked for my I.D. had to show her my Right to Carry cause I could not find my Drivers License...then I left and took my receipts, but forgot my Credit Card...had to call that night because we were traveling. The manager, Sarah handled my call and listened to my plea that they might have my card, they did. She said she would put it into an envelope and send...what an awesome place...so I highly recommend this Applebees...Thank you Kayla and Sarah, through what might have been a trauma filled phone call...Maybe you should have one of those folders that let the credit card stick out at the top? consider it?

    Even though my meal was free (Veterans Day) these were the worst chicken tenders I ever tried to eat. I tried to tell the waiter but he ran away and said "really?". I should have had them sent back but since they were "free" I did not. My wife and I have been customers of Applebees for years and never had such bad food. Though the restaurant in Longview, Texas was very busy, the service was extra slow.

    I asked for apple type sangria beverage bartender said she was unaware of any such beverage. I have had this beverage at other appleBee's. She Payton m didn't offer me drink menu or food menu, I finally asked could I see food menu. I finished my meal and asked if she had a drink menu which she brought and low and behold in the sangria drinks was my apple drink I had asked for, I pointed this out to her and she said I thought you wanted cider. Duh!! Why not let the customer look at the drink menu and decide for themselves. Apple bee's has 2or3 cider drinks and she didn't mention them either.

    We took out grandson out for his birth. When we where seated we were told Tues. was 99 cent day for the kids meal when and adult entree was purchased. Grandson picked the shrimp. the menu said it was an extra 99 cents which was fine. When check came, we were told that the shrimp was not allowed for the Tues. deal. Not a good way to run a business.

    My wife and I frequent Applebee's in Ridgewood, and Riverdale/Boonton, N.J.
    I am handicapped and I am grateful to have an Applebee's server always there to open the doollr and greet us with a warm smile and greeting.

    After being seated by a pleasant hostess, within moments there is always a smiling server at the table to greet us to suggest a beverage, and to mention any specials that day.

    Almost always, the beverage is served promptly, and the food order follows within 10 minutes.

    On most occasions, the server will stop at the table while we are awaiting the serving , and chat with us. At the Ridgewood Applebee's, the manager will also stop by and exchange pleasantries with us.

    The menu has been expanded and the variety of choices seem endless. The food is always hot when brought to the table, and the portion size is quite adequate.

    The prices are very reasonable, and the value and quality is always there.

    Keep up the good work; Applebee's is truly our Neighborhood Bar & Grill".

    my daughter and I went on 10-4 the waitress had to be reminded to bring our salad. I ordered the 9oz steak so would get vegetables and baked potato.l got my meal without any vegetables which always before had come with my steak. she told me I had to order the vegs, it was a separate order from the steak, I tried to tell her the menu said vegs and mashed or baked potato but she was very argumentive we live about a mile from Applebee's and probably go there every week. I can't say I will be going back since there are other restaurants near by
