    Tornado by Little Big Town. Ordered from musicfan46 fast delivery, good price and perfect condition. Fits in with all that I've heard from this great band. Good solid country and velvet harmony's, intelligent lyrics. We just love their sound.

    This morning I had received a message that I needed to update some credit card info to have an order I placed sent. I had my Kindle Fire handy so I grabbed it to make the change. Easy peasy right? Wrong. I couldn't for the life of me figured out where I could change the credit card info. I used the pull out menu on the right side. Do you think there was anything in there ? No. I kept looking to the point I said I will use the Help button which I liked better when it was called Mayday. So when Help came on I explained that I could not find out how to change my credit card company. Than she asked account name and my email and billing address. I have her all of that information and than she asked whose name was on the account. I told her Edward Laboy. She said it was wrong. I did not have an alternative because it's either Timothy Bambrough or Ed Laboy. We are the only 2people on this account
    I decided to write Customer service about my experience and than I find what I had been attempting to do and asked how to get to from Customer Servive. The answer was U can't help you without the missing name. Even though I knew the billing address. I guess I might start using a different marketplace like Jet. Fist I doubt they would hide your information and not tell you how to access it.
    I think you need to bring your call service center back to America at least for your U.S. customer base. Many of the people I have spoken to see hard to understand st times

    Morning,I purchased some brake pads for my vehicle,october21 2017,11.20am,which I recieved 27 october2017,however on inspecting item was found to incomparable fit for vehicle,I have on several attempts tried to rectify this situation,despite several outlets ie yourselvees,via customer services,even emailing the seller direct,I have yet recieved a favourable outcome,time is going on,now November03 2017,I need to have a full refund put in place and my incorrect item picked up,your earliest action would be most welcome.

    Both items delivered in same package.
    Both items state free delivery on Amazon site.
    However I have been charged £4.75 & £3.99 delivery fee.
    2 fees for 1 package is bad enough but when it should be free delivery this is wrong

    Order no. 205-6779537-6506701. This order was placed on 10th April. I have now had a card from my local Post Office saying that there is an import tax of £12.63 to pay on the item. There is no indication that it is an international company on your site and the price on Amazon should be the price that you pay, not nearly 60% more. I think customers should be aware of this.

    Hi, received Kefir Grains which I ordered Sunday night at 12.30 on Wednesday morning at 9.30.as I live in Wexford Ireland......WOW......?!!!. Placed Grains in 250 ml of full cream milk at lunchtime Wednesday and at lunch time to day Thursday they had really increased in size to the extent that I replaced them into 1 liter of full cream milk. At the time of writing they are well under way.....Many Thanks to Crave Longevity for such an excellent product......John Foley

    As of today's date all I know is book has been "shipped," with the usual computer info re est shipping time etc.

    In my view, & I have ordered many books from you in the past, and found your operations to tbe customer focused, slick and delivery UK-NZ is now out-of-this world, a great credit to you.

    Conversely anything shipped ex US is a joke ! It would appear that they figure you'll receive the consignment when we're ready not you...this is a trait I could never figure and I worked in the aviation industry there as a Senior Design Engineer and, despite all this hi-tech stuff, at grassoots level the UK would leave them for dead. I(f there's anything you can do to sort this out maybe I'll receive the book ordered for me before next Christmas.)

    supplier used DPD(Gmbh) Having been given time slot of 10.12 - 11.12 on Thurs 29th. I waited in till 3.pm exchanging several e.mails with the sender, who finally told me that the package had been delivered and sent me a copy of the delivery note confirming this. It took me most of Friday morning to locate the package which had been delivered to the wrong address (Sladesbrook instead of Sladesbrook Close) as printed on the label. I finally collected the package this morning! and this is the service I paid £7.90 for - I was not impressed. Yrs Pat Irving
