    Associate John Michael at your Cross Creek Mall store in Fayetteville NC was very awesome with helping me choose 2 handbags. He also offered me some vinegar wipes to help clean my pursers clean. He was very friendly smiled the whole time and made me laugh. This was the best customer service I received in the mall.

    I bought a pair of your MCShane sandals at your Las Vegas store( #2123) in the Miracle Mile while there on a business trip. They have a corrugated like platform sole that I wanted to wear
    on the airplane, I thought they would be a perfect comfortable travel shoe. Unfortunately where
    the shoe crisscrosses it caused an irritation and pinched the skin off both feet. I had to buy a pair of ballerina flats at the layover stop because my feet hurt so badly. When returned to my destination which was Sacramento, CA I took them to your Arden Fair store(#2077) for return.
    Your associate # 46669167 told me that I could not return the shoe because it was worn.
    Here's my contention,the shoe was defective, there was no way to know that until it was worn( this specific defect) so I felt that he should have refunded my money. Associate # 46669167 contended that just because the shoe pinched the skin off my feet( which I showed him my feet) that that doesn't
    mean that the shoe is defective. My question is if I told Aldo about the shoe defect and showed
    where my skin was pinched with exposed skin tissue what more did he need. Does Aldo then make the MCSHANE shoe so that it pinches the skin off it's customers feet? I wouldn't think so, and if ALDO doesn't and that happens then it's a defect of the shoe it is not an intentional consequense of wearing the MCSHANE so I should have received a refund. Instead Associate # 46669167 insisted that I do an exchange, so I selected the KADVEN. I am not happy with this forced purchase and would like a full refund. My Transaction # was 626016 dated 2/19/2015 at 6:45pm store # 2077. Please advise.

    Exceptional customer service at all the Aldo stores in the Tampa area, I am very disappointed with a recent handbag purchase. The first time I purchased the handbag online, days later I was issued a refund because the item was out of stock. A few weeks later, I saw the Scotti handbag on line and repurchased it again. Today, I carried the handbag, not knowing it was used and the hooks were broken. I will continue to check the stores and on line for the handbag because it matches the Scotti boots.

    Ron at the wood-field store was a great help I ride a Harley Davidson yes I'm a girl I went all over looking for a pair of comfortable boots that has the right look and is comfortable not like a stiff boot from Harley can't even walk right in those they did not bend at the ankles I even went to all the shoes stores in wood-field then I walk into Aldos and Ron in sales was very knowledgeable and showed me a black suede boot nice bottom sole with griping power and beautiful style to them..
