    Bad Product ... tube of tile grout ... first plugged ... then very liquid ... tried to knead by twist $ turns & squeezing ... still plugged ... enlarged nozzle opening ... still plugged ... used small semi wet/dry sections to complete job ... remember thAT I AM ON CLOCK FOR A CLIENT ...did my best/but a louzy job ... boss & client were happy with my worst job ever ... I was never so whatever ... if client was not at home I would have cussed several times ... & then some ... you talk about frustration... everyone was so happy except me ... returned product to store ... got $3.99 back ... WOW ... I told store personnel they must check remaining product ... best use before 2016???
    I could go on and on ... next, the silicone worked well except for 2 burps ... I made the job look pretty good ... told client not to take a shower until next year ... by the way store personnel including Mike were very pleasant ... I wish I were so happy as well!!!

    I WENT TO THACKER HARDWARE AT3671 CRATER RD PETERSBURG VA 23805. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN.I WAS THERE ABOUT 3:46PM ON 2/24/14 557 SALE. THE YOUNG MAN WAS VERY RUDE , I RAN MY CARD AND HE SAID IT WAS EXPIRED, BUT IT WAS GOOD THU 2015. I TOLD HIM IT WAS GOOD AND HE SAID I WILL PUNCH IN YOUR NUMBERS ONLY 1 TIME AND THATS IT.... NOW I SEE WHY STORE DIDNT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS IN THERE ,FOR NOW ON I WILL DRIVE BACK TO HOMEDEPOT IN COLONIAL HEUGHTS VA TO BUY WHAT I NEED I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
