    Dear Customer Service Rep.,
    On October 17th 2017, I was shopping in the Broomfield Co. store. The items I wanted were not available so I placed an order and was told my order would arrive in 8-10 days. I rec'd an email stating my order was "on its way on 10/20/17. I phoned customer service on the 27th of October because I did not receive my order. I was told it would likely arrive by Monday, 11/6/17. To this date, 11/8/17 I have not rec'd any updated info re:my order. I phoned 1800-889-0494 as I was told this was customer service. This is actually the credit office. The assoc assisting me was Debbie. She attempted to assist me and discovered my order was actually lost and that NY and Co was issuing me a refund. I was very disappointed as I never rec'd any communication regarding this action. Since the items were still in stock, Debbi offered to reorder them for me. I was told I had to wait 8-10 days for shipping. I requested that the order be expedited as a
    courtesy. Debbie said she did not have the authorization to do that. Kindly get back to me regarding my order, this so far, has been a very unsatisfying experience with NY and CO. My Special Order # is S09630001001380. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Very friendly staff for the most part. I did have a coupon for my purchase on my smartphone that I presented to the cashier. She was not willing to accept the coupon due to it being on my smartphone. She stated that I should have a paper coupon that nyandcompany mailed me with my billing statement.
    I explained to her that I do not receive my billing statement via paper mail. I explained to her I do electronic billing statement/payments and that I receive my coupons from nyandcompany my email.
    She said she would have to asked the manager. I showed her my email again with the coupon and the coupon code numbers. She then said ok I can use it if you have the coupon code numbers on it.
    To make a long story short, she was not very will to allow me to use the coupon code. Needles to say, I did get to use it. Thanks for the coupon and great customer service with the floor staff.
