White Spot has been opened for more than 85 years and founded by a man named Nat Baily. After several years of operating, his work has been recognized by everyone in Vancouver. That has been a cornerstone, and he continued to expand his restaurant. During Expo '86, White Spot was the host restaurant at the BC Pavilion. It opened two concepts, one of which hosted visiting dignitaries such as Prince Charles and Princess Diana, the other served guests from the whole world.

White Spot is a Canadian restaurant chain which is best known for its hamburgers, Pirate Pak children's meal and burger sauce.

    We had a very nice person serve us named Jenny. She was very polite, served us right away as we needed to eat and get away for our appointment. We look forward to the next time we go to White Spot in Penticton.

    Our breakfast was delicious! I had the bacon broccoli cheese scramble for the first time - yummm!! I asked for GF bun extra toasted and it was done to perfection.
    Our waitress was SO good. I love it when Marci is on shift!

    My wife and I attended the White Spot in Central Saanich on July 11, 2017. (Check #6285) The service was great. The Waitress' and especially the Manager, could not have been more considerate and helpful. I am not sure of their names, however, the experience we had at the White Spot, due to them, was fantastic. The food was great as always !

    Had lunch at the Guildford Restaurant today. Ordered fish & chips & after eating half way thru the fish, I stumpled across wax paper on the batter portion. We told our server & she said "her Manager" would give us either a new order or a discounted amt. My Husband by then had finished his lunch & I was then way over the notion of eating & when our bill arrived it had a "promotion" discount of $5.00. I am only too sorry that we didn't make a fuss, as this will never happen again as we will NEVER go to another White Spot, home to us for over 50 yrs.

    We had brunch today at the Kelowna restaurant and had a very good dining experience. Our waitress was polite and game back numerous times to refill our coffee and hot water for tea. We had our meal within 15 minutes.

    I just posted a comment about a visit to Quadra Street White Spot yesterday, August 23rd. Jessiqua was our helpful server. White Spot has disqualified my posting as a duplicate, that I'd already made the same comment. This is impossible. We had a pleasant dining experience but have soured on your response to YOUR request for feedback and won't be spending time on that again.

    The server got my order wrong. I had started eating when I realized, hey this isn't what I ordered. She came back and apologized, but instead of giving me what I ordered, her manager said that I could have a free dessert instead. I'm not impressed.

    Our dinner was terrible. First the server was rude, walked away while we were speaking to him, The signature fries were stone cold, there was no triple O sauce on one of the burgers, The same burger had no lettuce or tomato, I requested a diet coke with a lime wedge - I had to ask the server a second time for the lime. We didn't send back dinner as we had travelled most of the day and the server was already rude. The glass above our table was covered in dirty little finger prints. The table was not set except for two napkins one place setting and one wine glass. The washrooms were disgusting. This is a restaurant we had grown up with in Vancouver, however White Spot has seriously gone completely down hill where I do not think we will be back.

    Visited White spot in Langford, BC today. Very pleasant welcome, and good service throughout. Food was fantastic.
    Only downside was the air-conditioning- It was a bit too cold!!

    Just returned from the white spot on Georgia in Vancouver for lunch. Lunch was great but
    they decided to clean/fix vent to the side of us whilst we were eating lunch. The ladder went up & man climbed up & started maintenance. We complained, as no one in a restaurant should be doing this while people are eating. Common sense...NOT!
    The manager came over & apologized & said he was sorry. Man climbed down. Took a pic but don't know how to attach? The manager didn't even comp our coffees!!

    With mothers day being today May 8,2016, I took my mom for eggs benny at the White Spot at Park and Tilford in North Vancouver. The young lady that waited on us her name is Giovanna was "OUTSTANDING". I/we have never ever received this kind of customer service from any restaurant or retailer. She was absolutely amazing....... friendly greeting, smiled, fantastic sense of humor, her personality was above and beyond any customer service I/we have ever experienced. Giovanna could certainly be a role model for all customer service associates. Way to go!!! Keep doing what your doing as you made our day! Thank you!!!!

    Tonight (5-3-16) I ate at the restaurant near the Vancouver International Airport. Last night (5-2-16) I ate at the restaurant in Victoria on Douglas Street. In both cases the food was good, the service was lacking. Neither restaurant was very occupied and did not seem busy, but somehow the servers made themselves scarce. It seemed a long time to get a drink delivered or refilled. The soup (5-2-16) and the salad (5-3-16) were delivered with the entree . This makes the table more crowded but mostly means you wait longer for something to eat, the real point of coming to your restaurant.
