    Three strikes! This place ALWAYS finds a reason to not honor a coupon. I keep trying to give them a chance due to convenience and once ended up with bleeding eyebrows that took two weeks to recover after a waxing. Unfriendly staff also. I will seek other options for my cosmetics.

I feel comfortable trying new products, without some sales person bother you, "Saying can I help you every five minutes". If I have a question the staff is very helpful and friendly.     Just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the Rocklin, CA (Commons Dr) store and employees. The store is always well stocked and shelves neat and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I always tell them when I am in the store. You are welcomed by a staff member when you walk in the door. I prefer this store over Roseville Galleria where the store is not always well stocked and the shelves neat and clean. The staff is seldom friendly or helpful. You feel like a bother. They generally just point to the section you need to go and you are on your own.

    I went to Ulta in Bismarck today to buy cover up, lipstick, and eyeliner. There were hardly any customers and a sales woman asked if I needed help. She was able to find cover up for me but after showing me several lipstick samples she seemed unwilling to show me more. I am quite disappointed because I do live out of town 30 minutes away. I walked out with only one of three items I went in for. Customer service at Ulta is lacking and this is not the first time I have had this happen!
