    I was recently in the Sephora Chinook Center in Calgary, AB. The one who helped me was Caroline. I cannot express my gratitude for her help! My wedding is in 3 weeks and she went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure I had the look I wanted on my big day. Right from the start, she was knowledgeable and had tremendous patience as I am not a make-up guru! She tested all different products and gave me the reasoning behind what she was using as well as explained how to get the same look when I get my makeup done for my wedding.

    I shopped at your store tonight on Kenmount Road St.John's Nl the only reason I went in was over the holidays I was speaking with Tiffany Fraize I mentioned that I needed a foundation that has a heavy Moisturizer in it, immediately her response was " come see me" quite the sales lady you have there, I bought a foundation she recommended and I mentioned I used a product in the past called vivier and loved it , it was a vitamin C, she took me right to a ginsing spray mist, which I tried and loved it, and of course purchased it, Tiffany explained how it was to be applied and the quality of the product, then She recommended a skin care Kate Somerville , and gave me a sample to try, like all skin care a sample to try is always good, I used both products tonight and will definitely be going back for that Kate Somerville moisturizer I love it, thanks Tiffany for the invite to "come see you" I will be back!! your service was "outstanding" Thanks

    I have shopped on a few occasions at your Carrefour Laval(Laval, Québec) outlet and have always been well served. But my visit in July 7 2016 was exceptional. Sabrina helped me work thru the maze of Clarisonic devices and explained each and everyone of them with knowledge and passion. She was able to guide me and allow to choose the product that was right for me. She was a real pearl. She is a definate asset to you team.

    Hier le 14 mai 2016 je suis aller au bar a sourcils du Sephora du centre eaton , le magasin 550 je croit et je suis literallement contente de mon service . Catherine (celle qui ma fait les sourcils) est non seulement talentueuse mais elle est super energique .Elle ma donner des trucs , conseiller et elle a sauver mes sourcils . Catherine si tu vois sa tout simplement MERCI !!! ( vue que je nai pas plus te donner de tips LE VOILA) ! :)

    Signer la coiffeuse blonde qui a fahi oublier ses lunettes ! :)

    I was at the Mapleview store in Burlington. A few girls tried to help my gf and myself with no success. Then we fell upon Stephanie S. As an esthetician an graduate of the program, working in the field, i appreciate someone like Stephanie S. who had not only the knowledge, but practical experience which you absolutely cannot buy. She was well versed in all aspects of make up and skin care, she is a treasure and I will be back to see her, and her expertise. Good job Sephora for having someone like that on your staff!!

    Today I had a wonderful experience with Lisa from West County Mall in Des Peres, MO. Upon approaching her while she was cleaning her area to ask for assistance, she was very warm and welcoming. She appeared very personal and quite knowledgeable about "makeup application" as well how to help with the selection of my makeup. It has been years since I sat in a chair for makeup application and quite some time as well to purchase makeup from known stores at the mall. Lisa took to time to even show me the intricate details of applying the eyebrow pencil. You see, I have never been good and applying makeup, even though I have a grown daughter who has worked at Macy's assisting customers in the purchase, consultation, and application of makeup- I never learned. Nonetheless, as a result of the great experience I received today at Sephora, I will most definitely return in the very near future as I am needing lip gloss (smile). Hopefully, Lisa will be there to aide me again in the process. Furthermore, I am grateful for the experience I received today at Sephora.

    I went to the Coquitlam branch today to purchase a product that is a little uncommon today.
    Bless Miss Maggie who knew exactly what I was talking about (and more importantly where it was in the store). Cashing out was also a bit of a surprise.....Mr. Jesse was quick and precise at his job but was also able to make me feel like a valuable client and that my purchase was something special.
    Kudos to the team working today-June 16,2015 they have shown that they know what and how to practice customer service!

    I had a wonderful experience at the Pacific Centre Location in Vancouver, I needed a new foundation and Nasim did the foundation match on my skin and recommended Nars for the effect I wanted. From there she made several other product recommendations and we tried them all on, my skin looked and felt great and I even ended up with a favorite new lipstick.

    This post is so late in coming, as I am not so great in leaving feedback about a great experience, I am more prone to leave a message if I am dissatisfied, but I am compelled to share my experience with Bo at the Bloor Street West store. It was "love at first sight" ( professionally speaking of course)! I walked into the store on the day before Halloween to pick up a few items for a job that I am working on here in Toronto. Bo's face was made up so beautifully that I was drawn to him immediately and asked him to help me, after pardoning myself for telling him how beautiful he looked. I later discovered that all of his beauty came from inside. He was patient and knowledgable about the makeup and skin care I inquired about. He even gave me a mini makeover (I don't even know how it happened that I was getting my make up done... when did he hypnotize me (another makeup artist?)into doing my makeup? THAT'S how comfortable he made me feel. Yes of course I walked out with more product than I came in for, but it was well worth it, because I looked and felt good! Thanks! He is an asset to have at your store.
