    With my unique situation, they took great care. I had lost my husband just prior to our 45th wedding anniversary, in a Semi Truck Accident. He was killed instantly and I was pinned in the sleeper berth. My rings were lost, and this was supposed to be the yr he would have gotten me an anniversary ring. My heart could not find peace til I finally decided to go and seek out a set, that would symbolize our love for each other.
    The help and hugs gave me peace. I can never say thank you enough!

    Had new Holiday booklet and went to check out and purchase a couple Necklines convertible necklaces. Ran into a snafu with the pricing because the card sent offered 25% off the price, the price in book was different than what was actually ticketed on item. When questioning the difference it was stated the book was advertising sale prices but on that page it did not specify that fact. After a lengthy conversation and explaining how unclear the advertising was we finally came to an amicable purchase. Must say the manager was outstanding and the clerk, however the assist. mgr? was argumentative and did not want to hear how we interpreted the ad. We walked out with the merchandise we wanted, however the time spent explaining how we interpreted the items,(which was not represented on sale) was time consuming and aggravating. Thank you to the manager who at least understood and gave us a decent discount, even though it was not what we had thought it should have been. Hopefully next time we will all be on the same page.
