    Purtroppo an#hc&39;io in questi ultimi mesi ho passato intere giornate al Gemelli per via di un mio parente, quindi ti capisco.Per quanto riguarda quelli che ti dicono qualcosa, tieni presente che ognuno reagisce al dolore e alla paura a modo suo, e così come te (o anche me) rimani in silenzio, c'é invece chi reagisce con nervosismo e fastidio, e magari lo sfoga su chi gli sta più vicino, tipo quello che rimane in silenzio... Insomma, bisogna capirli, anche se loro non capiscono te.

    My fiancé and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings on Madison Road in Cincinnati on 6/3/14, the service from the waiter was great, Unfortunately the wings came out fried extremely hard and had to be sent back, the next order was a little better. However, when I was more that half way done with my drink - there was a dead bug laying against the inside of my glass, we informed the waitress and she informed her manager, who came out unsympathetic stating "I'm not allowed to do this, but I will just remove the drink from you bill", my thought was first of all why are you doing something that you are not allowed to do?? Furthermore, we already had to sent food back from start, so instead of doing what he was NOT allowed to do, I felt as if he should have just compensated us for the meal. I left a message with corporate on that day, and as I still wait to hear back from them 6/12/14, I decided to give them a call back today...finally able to speak with someone, and she is in the process of pushing my complaint through now.

    Although the food was great, the service was below average. We visited the Palasades Mall location for lunch. We sat at the bar and ordered two drinks which was not a problem. The bartender Frank, was very receptive, helpful and nice. We then order two sides of boneless chicken wings....45 minutes had past and the food had not arrived. We inquired about the food, the bartender checked on the status and come to find out the order had never been placed with the kitchen. The food was finally brought to the table after waiting 1 hour. Although the quality was good, the food was cold and the manager....who delivered the food was not apologetic nor did he try to make things right. I don't know if this is an isolated incident...however, we where not the happy with the service at all.

    Last night I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. A friend joined me this time. Last time I was there a server by the name of Daniella provided awesome service, at the end of our meal she told me her name again and asked that when I come back I request her section, so that it was guaranteed that we would have the same experience. Daniella shook my hand and told me that today I made a new friend and that she would never forget me. So I was there last night I requested her section, she wasn't expected till 630 so we waited for her. When she arrived and seen us she greeted me by my name and rembered the beer I had the last time I was there, offered it to me and remembered that Caribbean jerk was my fav. Sauce. She is a Awesome we received the same service and more. Daniella keep up the good service and never change, my friend and I were impressed and had a good time. It's nice to have Buffalo Wild Wings in our town!

For those who actually manage to get to the actual survey and finish it, their reward should be a hundred dollars rather than five bucks.
