    For 2weeks in a row I have over charged at you Ming street store in Bakersfield I paid with my credit card then realized I had been over charged and asked for credit on my card the reply was they could not do that this the first place that takes card and can not give you credit for their mistakes. I hope you are a real manger could train their workers better than they are now. PS. I have no ideas what I was charged on my card because I was not given any paper work show what I was charged I will check with my bank and I hope I was charged correctly. Please don't blow this you guys have serious problem in your places.

    I will not be returning to the deltaco store#384.I have complained to the new managers about having the drivethru people to wait to make the shakes. I have bought three shakes at different times and while I;m two cars back my shake is sitting there melting. I don'tpay for melted shakes and whip cream. I will drive a little further to carl jrs.

    Today I decided to get some fish taco, unfortunately this is the worst fish taco I ever had...it was burned, over cook , too hard to bite , I can not even taste the fish, I want to burf after my first bite. I'm not even sure if the fish is fresh or from days ago and just re- fry the fish ....AWFUL

    We have been Del Taco customers for a very long time. We live very close and it
    is convenient when we want good Mexican food. I am sorry that I must complain
    about todays visit . I ordered the Macho tacos that We really enjoy but this time
    the taco shells were rancid tasting, really bad, I suppose they could have been
    cooked in rancid oil or maybe just off code and turned rancid. I hope that it was
    not a great number of customers that received the same. I felt it very important
    to let you know, I hope this message does not go unnoticed.

    Today's manager (different guy) took my order. I couldn't complain to anyone else.
    I've had better strawberry lemonades made by other employees. He wouldn't give me enough strawberry sauce to make my lemonade pink like I usually get. He said "1 scoop". His scoop was skimpy. He wasn't accommodating at all.
    I always enjoyed my strawberry lemonade this Del Taco.
    Otherwise the food was good as always.

    3 times i ordered dbl del for 4 i got 3 and a cheese burger told them wrong on the order the guy deducted the $2.00 then charged me $3.15 ok fine then the girl tells me i owe another $1.15 which i paid got home and realized i had already paid when he charged me the $3.15 so over paid a$1.15 for a order they screwed up!!!!!! last visit to DEL TACO!!!!! and i always went there at east once a week no more
