    I was shopping at Paramus Garden State Plaza in NJ on December 7,2017. I was passing by shoe clearance and decided to look. I found one pair of shoes that I really liked but couldn’t find my size. It was a little messy there. I was ready to give up. I was taking a last look at the shoe and thinking is it worth it to look for my size? And then Lila Nickname Tina asked me if I need help. To my surprise she take care of me like I was the only customer in the store. She found my size and then she requested the stuff in the back to bring me the box with my size. There was a waiting time but she was checking the monitor n telling me every min when she had the chance if my number is moving. She was multi tasking . Helping others finding the right shoe size or missing shoe and checking the monitor for the coming shoes from the back. I was waiting for 15 min but thanks to her it was like 5 min. She was very friendly, I wish there were more assistance in stores like her.

    I want to take this moment to express how awesome of an employee you have working at store number 761. Her name is Eva and she works in the Polo section and for years I have been dealing with her and every time its the same level of commitment, excellence and integrity!! She is always pleasant when others don't seem to be, and super helpful. Please bring this to her attention because so many times people only hear about complaints.


    I went in to Macy at Jensen beach to purchase a watch for my husband Nicola in the Watch department was so helpfull. Macy need more associates like Nicola. They gave me her candid advice and I was happy with my decisions. Nicola deserve to be recognized not only by upper management but by the CEO'S...

    I was shopping black Friday at Macy's in the Mall in PT ST Lucie, FL. Store clerk by the name of Liz was so helpful. She got a pair of leggings off a mannequin! Great personality too.

    I was getting ready to check out at Macys store 764 but could not seem to find a clerk, then all of a sudden here comes this really happy young man, name was Brian Yepez, 10844644, smiling wanting to know if he could help me.
    He was so kind to me, wanting to know if there was anything else I needed to look at or to find. Macys is really lucky to have this young man working for them.

    On August 4th,2017 I was in Macy's in Boca Raton Town Center mall looking for a dress for a wedding. I found a dress by Fame and Partners but sadly not in my size. I asked the sales rep who was helping me to see if it exists in another store. Well low and behold it was available ib Southdale Center Mn. 55435. I asked her to order it on my Macy's card and send to me. She tells me it can't be done and that I,d have to call on my own. I didn't think that was correct be she insisted so I took the info and was walking away when along comes Debbie ID#10531911,asking me do I need help? Well need I say more Debbie proceeded to call the store in MN and waited through at least 3 disconnects .This did not deter Debbie !! No way she persisted until she got into Evening dresses and told Jacob what she needed. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW after about 20-25 minutes on the phone Debbie got me the dress the size and I gave my Macy"s card and am awaiting my dress. Debbie goes above and beyond her duty and should be praised for her excellent service to the customer,which is lacking desperately these days. I thank Debbie and I thank Jacob . I will look for Debbie on my many trips to Boca Raton, my store. Thanks again Debbie #10531911

    Jacklin in the furniture/mattress department is an expert on the merchandise and assisted us in selection and every step of the process of purchasing a mattress. She is knowledgeable and takes the time necessary to explain the information she has acquired through working in the department for many years. She is a great asset to Macy's and I highly recommend the Macy's at Crabtree Valley Mall for your purchases.

    I am so happy that my husband and I met Ms. Marie Sylvain. She is just simply amazing! She is very professional, very nice, accommodating and excellent at what she does! I am Asian but when I talk to her she makes me very comfortable.
    Every time we go to Macy, we always ask for her.
    In my opinion, Macy's is so fortunate to have such an amazing employee that represents the store!
