Left credit cards and driver's license on Store #1132 On April 30. Store manager found and put in store safe. I called days later and went and picked them up. Nobody had used the credit cards. I was so relieved and pleased at the honesty of the employees at that location. They all need a bonus.
I purchased a vanilla shack to and found pieces of paper in my shack. I was so discussed by the quality of service at the Clark location. I will never eat there again.
Today was my first day going there, I was late in going to pick up my order the worker remade my order fresh and threw away the other thankyou smashburger for making my first expierence to smash burger a good one the food was great:/
Very disappointed. I ordered a Cobb salad to go. There was no egg in the salad, it was the reason I ordered it! I tried to calk the store, the phone number is on the receipt. No answer, then recording comes on and asks to enter passcode. I just got off of work and too tired tto drive back. Then trued to do the survey for the free fries and it says not a valid store number. I put in 1562. The wantagh location. Then asks for a receipt number which is not on my receipt.
