    Your remodeled store on Vail in Arlington Heights has been done very nice. Your problem is and always has been your staff. Today I was looking at the deli and someone was commenting on a salad and I told them how good it was. Your clerk looked up and said I don't know I never had it.
    I think she could have done better like "We get alot of good comments on that salad". Its like they good care less about their job. They don't seem to have been trained. What the difference is when you walk out of Jewel you are a little depressed. Go to Marianos and you feel like someone cares.. I worked in a grocery store in highschool and don't think it takes that much to make people smile .

    I was given a slip at Jewel to take a survey. Unfortunately, I was directed to a website that was so convoluted and complicated that I couldn't even figure out how to get to the survey. After wasting 15 minutes on it I gave up. If you're not going to make it easy and convenient for customers, don't bother!

    Your Jewel Survey is so difficult couldn't find the code on my receipt. I shop at the Jewel in Round Lake Beach, IL on Rollins Road......Love my store been shopping there over 12 years. Staff great, not so much for current Store Manager Rob.....Helen is ABOVE OUTSTANDING, SHE SHOULD BE EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR. Other #10's are Mary D. #104, Judy, Donna and all front end staff....Danny Fill a relatively new bagger is a great kid and helpful as well. Very polite staff thanks so much
