    I love shopping at TJ Maxx. I am not sure what I did wrong but when I tried ti fill out the survey It would not let me. it put in all my answers before I could read the question. It may have been a sample regiser but I do not know how to get to the actual survey.

    I was shopping at the TJ Maxx in Franklin, Tn. I checked out, and also signed up for the TJ Maxx Rewards card because the cashier was very knowledgeable about the benefits of the card. It also saved me 10% on my bill today and I did have several Christmas gifts. When I got home, I realized I had left one of the sacks behind. I live 90 miles from that store, and the $22 worth of items was not worth the 180 mile drive back to Franklin. I called the store and talked with Dee. He was so helpful, courteous, and tried so hard to accommodate me with the situation. If Dee did not know the answer, he made sure he found the answer. Dee bragged on me for signing up for the Rewards card. I believe that having signed up for the Rewards card made Dee work even harder to help me with the dilemma. Good job Dee and TJ Maxx!

    I am a BIG time shopper at your TJMaxx store in Kings Park. The staff there is always helpful and just wonderful as they greet you with such a positive welcome. Debbie, Carol and the others know my whole family (from coming to TJMaxx store) and always ask us all how we are. They are always happy to see us. I always feel at home when I come there. I purchase a lot of great products and love the items and selection you have in the store.. specially the holiday items, the petite section is really nice. Thank you for keeping the store with the up to date products at great prices... I love my TJMaxx store.. oh, you do need more of the little boys items size 5.. thanks you for your time.

    i was in the Elizabethtown store today6/11/16 line was very long,had 3 people working behind counter,then 2 left to go break,one was a man,turned out to be manager,cause I asked to speak to manager,25 later after getting threw line,the 1 lady left at checkout knew the lady in front of me they stood there and talked her purchases,and about when she was hosting her next party andall that,as the line continue to grow.another sales person finally came.when I spoke of how long we had to wait and about her co-worker just talking she laughed,i asked to speak to manager,,asked the lady that was working dressing room,she was very kind,(the only person who actually gave a dam,said manager was on phone,but this man came in from getting take out she asked him if he had time to talk to us,was not helpful,your company never has to worry about getting any more business from me,rude workers,,i will go to ross;s they care about there customers...Betty Rigdon

    I shop very frequently at TJMAXX, Selden , NY. I especially love the jewelry dept . The prices are fantastic and they have a great selection . Love all the sterling silver and genuine gemstone jewelry. Really nice watches also . Saleswoman, Angelica in jewelry is the Best ! She is friendly and so helpful . She knows what I like and picks stuff out for me . I buy almost everything she shows me . I always look for her when I get there.

    I shop at TJ Maxx all of the time and when I go to the jewelry a customer service person, Kelly Smith waits on me a great deal of the time. She makes shopping so much fun that sometimes I end up purchasing more than I planned. I love the jewelry department especially when Kelly is there.
