    We visited Red Lobster in Wooster, OH on February 14th for Valentine's day. We arrived between the lunch and dinner times and was seated immediately. Mandy was our server and she was the greatest. She was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She made our dining experience a real joy. I had a steamed Maine Lobster and it was delicious. My partner had the Shrimp Trio and he said it was very good. We will defiantly be back for another visit soon.

    Valentines Day 2017; my boy friend and I went to Red Lobster for dinner. Despite the fact that we waited for over an hour to be seated we had a great experience and learned a valuable lesson. Next year we will call ahead to put our name on the seating list instead of just walking in. We learned that those that called in had priority precedence over those that walked in. Once we made it to a table the experience got so much better from that point on. The meal was great. We had a truly awesome server, her name was Tatyanna. She was the ultimate customer service focus professional. She displayed outstanding personable communication, efficiency, humor and attention to details.

    The occasion was Valentine's Day, and the service was wonderful, the meal was excellent! Our Waitress was a young male named Shelby. He was patient, and courteous. Our food arrived in a timely manner, hot and delicious. My husband and I have been married for forty years and are still very much in love, so we had a very romantic day, and dinner at Red Lobster was the icing on the cake, because we know the service and the food will not disappoint in any way. Judging from the long line when we left other people feel the same way.

    I am extremely satisfied with the service I received on 02/14/2017. Our waitress was very good at rendering the required service we asked for. As an exemplary waitress, she ensured our menu selections was what we wanted. Emily was fantastic beyond expectation!!

    I also must commend the chef/cook. The food was excellent. I could not ask for a better dinner.

    My overall opinion on this establishment is superb.

She returned several times to ask if there was anything else that she could get or do for us. All in all it was a very pleasant dining experience. Thank you.     We made the unfortunate decision to eat at your location in Amityville. Horrible food and horrible service. We would have had a better meal if we ate at the snack shack outside of the Home Depot next door. The order was not correct and we were charged for food we didn't order.

    I recently vist 0246 location in Hialeah Florida Saturday January 7 for my mom birthday. Server yannelis wasn't attentive at all she had 2 assistance and other tables were served before our table nothing, looked like the picture when it arrived. My husband order apple martini it arrived with little white specs in it. I ordered bailey's coffee drink it taste water down without whip cream after waiting almost 40min for them to make along for this drink. Getting inpatient, I asked for the check when she placed the last plate on the table, the server reply OK. She never came back to asks if everything OK,place extra napkins on the table nothing. When waitress finally came to table to remove some of the plates she told that she will bring when they come sing happy birthday after waiting a hour and 15min I got up (disabled) walked to the host stand asking the waiting that was serving my table. They looking around my husband ask for the manager about 5min later she shows up lying that she could find a lighter when I saw the young lady walk from behind the bar about 25min prior I tried to get her attention but continue walking. Had my little sister to call 1800 number about told place that even she was told that that would give a her a call back in 48 business hours but no one has returned her yet. So I know for a fact that I will never returned to that red lobster because I'm not value as a customer.
