    We had a GREAT time at Home Depot today due to this FANTASTIC gentleman that helped, answered our questions and popped up every time we needed assistance from in store locating the plywood we wanted to shouting across the parking lot to my "bullish" husband to "wait" and he and a younger chap came over to help my husband out loading our purchase. He was a fantastic help and I wished I knew his name at the Hudson, WI store. Our cashier was Nicole and we were there checking out at 3:44 PM, 8/25/2016. This older man should be given Employee of the year! He did mention he had a business doing stone work but his knees gave out - tough luck for him, but good luck for HD that now has such a fantastic employee!!! The Cashier needed help with something - he was there, one of the employees needed help unloading the truck - he was there! HE SEEMED TO ALWAYS BE "THERE"!!! BRAVO HOME DEPOT!

I think someone from Home Depot needs to take the survey and see if it isn't setting people up to be robbed or perpetrated. There are a majority of really personal questions being asked.     shopped in store today 6/25. in laurel md. I buy lumber usual and as usual I have to guess at the prices. It seams that the employees pay no attention to ensureing the customer can afford the item or wants more of the same. this seams to be the one biggest gripe that I have with your company. VISABLE priceing. PLEASE. I returned half my merchandise because I couldn't afford it.

    Shopped in your store yesterday and was treated poorly by salesperson in carpeting. She walked over to LARGE area rugs and pointed to them and walked away while I was asking her simple questions and shouted the answers and still walking until I could not hear her anymore. I searched for another salesperson and he walked me over to her and I refused to let her help me telling him she was very rude to me. I asked him to put 2 large carpets in my cart one would not fit so this sales person took me to check out and then loaded them into my car. Thank God for him and if it was not that MY family who have purchased many item in the past and received great service I would have walked out. Also Before I came there for same item I went to Tiffney Store and no one there to help me either. Elisa Owens

    When I picked the item [chain saw] up the clerk [James] was very helpful in showing me how it worked and giving me a copy of the manual. On returning it , it was a different story. the clerk ,[Walter] was very rude . We had cleaned the saw before returning it, and he made the comment " the only reason people rent equipment is so they don't have to clean their own stuff." I will probably think twice before going there again.

    I find the associates at the Altoona Home Depot to be always friendly and helpful. The cashiers Cindy, Robin and Sue are especially considerate and kind. Recently I bought some building materials but nfortunately I do not remember the name of the lumber associate that made cuts for me that were very helpful.

    My husband and I practically live at Home Depot! We always say that his truck is on "auto pilot" and drives us straight there, about 5 times a week, at least. We are longtime customers and most of the people working there know us on a first name basis and we even take cookies and stuff in to them at the holidays because they are like family.

    Clerks ask you if they can help you and then actually take you to the item and smile when they have helped you. Wow!
